Harmonic
measurments
The harmonic
currents may create a disruption on the distribution network
and can cause breakage on certain types of electric equipment
such as capacitors, motors and transformers. We offer
a complete analysis of your distribution system with computer
simulations, calculations of the harmonic currents and voltages,
the sizing of the reactors and the conception of harmonic filters
to prevent future problems. If necessary, solutions will
be proposed to solve the detected problem.

Maintenance
contract
Our annual-basis
preventive maintenance package includes several tests and verification
of your equipment such as capacitors, contactors, fuses, pilot
lights and power factor controller. We also check the
network voltage, harmonic content, change fan filters, proceed
to a complete clean up of your equipment (fixing bolts, screws
and nuts).
Power Fact
Power Fact service is available as
form of yearly contract. Every 6 months, at the date of
fixing of the price scale adjustment from Hydro-Québec (May
1st) and at the beginning of the winter season fixing of the
price scale (December 1st), Power Survey's team will proceed
to a detailled electricity bills analysis of the customer.
This is made to be certain that the customer pay and will pay
as less as possible. There is no limit to the amount of
accounts or meters registered for the Power Fact service.
The contracted power will be adjusted if necessary and can lead
to retroactive credits from Hydro-Québec if the customer paid
too much or to avoid winter penalties. Then, we send a
letter to the customer concerning the contracted power changes,
if applicable, so it can be sent to Hydro-Québec. This
service is made possible and realized with Tarif-Action
Software from
Power Survey.
