Based at S&C Electric Company’s headquarters Chicago IL, Michael Edmonds is the President of the US Business with P&L responsibility. This consists of all aspects of the business goto market strategy for the USA market to solve customer problems ranging from traditional switching & protection, grid reliability, power quality, energy storage, micro grids, asset management, grid network control, software and the grid connectivity systems required to enable the grid. Previous roles at S&C include VP Strategic Solutions and Global Director Smart Grid covering strategy, product management and marketing.
Prior to joining the S&C Electric Company in 2010, his previous roles included VP & GM of Siemens Energy Automation and Power Technologies Inc (PTI). With these positions he was responsible for the business of real time energy management (EMS/DMS) and network planning businesses.
Christopher T. Hutter is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PowerSecure Internatinal, Inc., an energy products and services company serving utilities and large industrial and commercial customers. PowerSecure was an NYSE-listed company until 2016, when it was purchased by Southern Company, one of the largest utilities in North America. PowerSecure has delivered industry-leading growth and serves customers with distributed generation, energy storage, microgrids, energy efficiency, and utility infrastructure solutions. Prior to serving as PowerSecure’s COO, he was the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PowerSecure in 2007, he was employed in various management positions from 1993-2007 with ADVO, Inc., a NYSE‐listed marketing services company. ADVO was also acquired by a large strategic buyer, Valassis Communications, Inc., in 2007. Early in his career, Chris worked at the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Chris has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
Sylvain Lanoue completed his collegial degree at the Montmorency College as a technician in electrodynamic then completed his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering at the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) and is member of the ‘’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec / Quebec engineer association’’ (OIQ) since 1991.
Evolving in the manufacturing field for over 25 years, Sylvain worked as an engineer for Hydro-Québec, Manager at ABB and finally at Power Survey International as an owner and Co-President of the company until he sold most of his shares in 2016 to EnerTech Capital and Quebec Investment.
Sylvain’s career provided him the opportunity to gain different responsibilities in engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, production and business management. More than 25 years has been dedicated in the electrical market specifically in the energy saving and Power Quality field combined to the industrial, commercial and utility sector which has permitted him to acquire a vast and solid experience in commercialising his products through different market partnering with several business partners throughout the world but mostly in North America with electrical distributors, manufacturer representatives, resellers, OEM, engineer consultants and general & electrical contractor partners.
Sylvain is a Director on the Board of Director at Power Survey International and is a private investor.
Scott Ungerer, Founder & Managing Director, created EnerTech Capital in 1996 and is a pioneer in energy technology investing. Scott held several positions through his 16 years at the New Jersey-based energy holding company, Atlantic Energy, ultimately rising to President of the non-regulated business units. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Power Survey Ltd., GeoDigital International, N-Dimension Solutions, Inc and Tangent Energy Solutions. He is also a board member of Enbala Power Networks, and the NanoSteel Company. Prior portfolio company experience includes the initial public offerings for Capstone Turbine (NASDAQ: CPST), Pac-West Telecomm (NASDAQ: PACW), VerticalNet (NASDAQ: VERT), Catalytic Solutions (London: CTSU), Intellon (NASDAQ: ITLN), Clean Air Power (London: CAP.L) and Comverge (NASDAQ: COMV), and the acquisitions of CoaLogix, Transportation.com, Coastal Security Systems, Intellon and Extant. Scott focuses on power technologies including smart grid and energy efficiency, natural gas distribution, and transportation technologies. Scott is also a member of the Advisory Board for E-Source. Scott received a BS in mechanical engineering from Princeton University.
Mélanie Kfoury is a skilled executive with 20 years of experience in professional services, growth strategy design and corporate development. Prior to being a partner at KPMG (strategy and operations) for three years she was a partner at the SECOR Group, a private strategy firm headquartered in Montreal with offices in Toronto, Paris and New York, and sold to KPMG in 2012. She started her career in technology at Accenture.

Amit Srivastava is Senior Partner at Cycle Capital. He has more than 30 years in operational, Venture Capital, cross-boarder transactions and fund management in high tech companies. He
is also Chief Executive Officer of Entrepia Ventures. Prior to that, he worked for seven years at JP Morgan Chase, including four years at JP Morgan Partners (formerly Chase Capital Partners),
where his responsibilities included leading venture capital investments in the electronics sector, oversight of private equity investments in India, and serving as the Portfolio Manager of a private equity portfolio of over 700 investments in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia, with an aggregate carried value exceeding US$10 billion. Before he worked at JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Srivastava was a Principal for five years at Mercer Management Consulting,where he advised major global IT and communications companies on strategy, business development and operational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he held marketing and engineering management positions during five years at Texas Instruments.
Amit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
